Alexandre, ha sido vicepresidente de la asociaci\u00f3n internacional de t\u00faneles y obras subterr\u00e1neas (ITAAITES), ex presidente de CTES-Chile.<\/p>\n<p>Armando Olavarr\u00eda C.
