🌎 In October, the underground industry gathers in Lima, Peru. II Latin American Meeting of Tunnel and Underground Space Associations – II ELAT

 

The Chilean Corporation of Tunnels and Underground Spaces (CTES Chile) extends a cordial invitation to participate in the II ELAT, organized by the Peruvian Association of Tunnels and Underground Works (APTOS).

 

📅 October 15 to 17, 2026

📍 University of Lima, Peru

 

This meeting will bring together associations, specialists, and professionals from across Latin America, with the aim of strengthening technical and institutional exchange regarding the development of underground infrastructure in the region.

 

The program includes:

▪️ Technical and institutional sessions

▪️ Discussion spaces on sector challenges and advancements

▪️ Technical visit to Lines 2 and 4 of the Lima and Callao Metro (limited spots)

▪️ Trade fair with the participation of companies and organizations in the field

 

At CTES Chile, we reaffirm our commitment to regional collaboration and the strengthening of networks among key industry players, promoting sustainable development and knowledge transfer in the field of tunnels and underground spaces.
